Rental Sales Representative

Description

The successful candidate will assist customers with rental needs both in person and over the phone, perform administrative duties, and support various divisions within the rental operation.

What you’ll do

  • Assist customers with rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, clerical tasks, and projects assigned by the supervisor.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Utilize point of rental or sales systems.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in the rental/sales business or hospitality industry is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of point of rental or sales systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you need to know

  • This position requires Saturday work and flexibility for extended hours if needed.
