Business Analyst / Project Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailing analysis of the current business processes for the business whilst identifying key problem areas with a focus on solutions.
- Analyzing trends to make tactical and strategic recommendations as well as translating business objectives and user needs into requirements.
- Develop long term strategic goals for the application and integration of technology into business and management processes
- Provide support in building workflow charts, design modifications and diagrams for system capabilities.
- Work closely with Management during the budgeting process by providing relevant data that will assist with the allocation of resources.
- Monitor project progress and articulate complex ideas, issues and designs to various teams whilst educating the wider team on business visions and plans.
Key Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent certification (PMP)
- Business Analyst certification (IIBA or CBAP
- Detailed understanding of Information Systems concepts and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development, Support Analysis Tools and Methodology.
- Excellent communicator with wider teams and board members.
