- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, attracting top-tier talent that embodies our client’s values. Develop retention strategies that nurture a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Employee Development: Spearhead initiatives to empower teams through continuous learning and development. Create pathways for career growth, ensuring every employee has the tools to excel in their roles.
- Culture Champion: Foster an inclusive, diverse, and positive work environment. Act as the guardian of values, promoting a workplace culture that encourages innovation, resilience, and collaboration.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage a team, lead initiatives, and work collaboratively with senior management
- 8+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
