SteppingStones are currently partnering with a top-tier IT Consultancy based in the Cayman Islands to assist with their search for a new Professional Services Manager to support their growth plans.

You will be overseeing several technical teams within the business, ensuring that all clients are receiving a world-class service, utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies.

The Role:

• Overseeing and managing all technical teams within the company and be the go-to expert and mentor for all Microsoft technologies.
• Promote continuous learning and encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing.
• Inspire, lead and coach a diverse and talented team of technical professionals at all levels.
• Ensure client expectations are met with exceptional service and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance their service offerings.

About You:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies is essential.
• An inspirational leader, leading by example, inspiring the team and cultivating growth.
• Willingness to up-skill yourself as well as the teams you are managing.
• Exceptional communication skills, interacting successfully with stakeholders at all levels.
