Office Admin Assistant - Contract
Description
We are delighted to be working with our client in sourcing a Office Administrative Assistant. For this role we are only looking for the best: someone who is people-focused, collaborative and has previous experience working in a professional organization. The role will involve the following:
Responsibilities:
– Assisting with answering calls, filing, and scanning
– Managing diaries and scheduling meetings as required
– Working on ad-hoc projects as requested
– Meeting and greeting any guests/clients in to the office
– Liaising with couriers and any other incoming/outgoing mail
Requirements:
-Possess a High School diploma;
-Excellent written and verbal skills;
– Minimum of 1 year experience in working within a corporate environment
