Ronan Horgan

Ronan, an Irish native, relocated from Cork to Cayman in October 2022 and joined the SteppingStones team as a Recruiter. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University College Cork, and this was followed by a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management while attending Loughborough University. Ronan brings with him extensive recruitment experience having specialised in commercial/financial consultant recruiting for a leading global expert network.
Throughout his recruiting career to date, Ronan has always strived to effectively serve the needs and challenges of clients and candidates in a timely manner. At SteppingStones, he works closely with firms to provide a quality matchmaking service.
Outside of work, you will most likely find Ronan on a pickleball court of some sort (always looking for new people to play!), playing football with friends, or on a beach playing his beloved ukulele.
