Sev is a Technical Recruiter at SteppingStones Recruitment, specializing in the delivery of engineering and technical talent across Web2 and Web3 environments. She works closely with technology-led organizations to support complex hiring requirements across varying stages of growth.
Prior to joining SteppingStones, Sev worked as both a Tech Recruiter and Resource Manager within a European web development and Web3-focused engineering company. In this capacity, she supported startups, scaleups, and enterprise organizations, recruiting across software and infrastructure engineering, machine learning and AI, blockchain-focused roles, and senior commercial leadership positions. This experience has provided her with a strong understanding of how technical teams are built, scaled, and sustained in delivery-driven environments.
At SteppingStones, Sev is recognized for her efficient, results-focused approach and for presenting only thoroughly vetted candidates aligned with her clients’ technical and commercial requirements.
Outside of work, Sev spends time with her husband and son. She is also a qualified permanent makeup artist and continues to develop her technical skill set with a view to expanding into tattooing.
