Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Rochelle joined the SteppingStones team in October 2025, stepping into her role as a young and developing HR professional.
Before joining SteppingStones, Rochelle gained a year and a half of valuable experience in Human Resources, where she built a strong foundation in supporting employees, navigating HR processes, and contributing to positive workplace experiences. Her passion for HR stems from her natural desire to help others and her longstanding interest in people-focused work. This commitment to service continues to shape her approach today, as she supports candidates with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Rochelle is focused on expanding her skills, growing within the HR and recruitment space, and contributing meaningfully to the team’s ongoing success.
Outside of work, Rochelle loves spending time at the beach, sewing, thrifting, and roller skating. Deeply rooted in the Cayman community, Rochelle enjoys staying active, creative, and connected to the islands she calls home.
