Trainee Recruiter and Marketing Coordinator
Emily, originally from the Cayman Islands, is a graduate of the University of Otago in New Zealand. She joined the SteppingStones team in November 2025, immediately adding value to the recruiting department while stepping into a dual role as Marketing Coordinator.
With a strong academic background in sustainable business management, event organisation, and cross-cultural communication, Emily brings a strategic and globally informed mindset to her work. Her passion for travel and cultural exploration fuels her creativity and allows her to approach projects with depth and versatility; qualities that elevate both her marketing and recruitment efforts.
Emily excels at building meaningful relationships, developing compelling communications, and supporting organisational objectives through thoughtful, data-driven strategies. Driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous growth, she is dedicated to contributing at a high level and remains a valuable asset to her team and the wider business.
Outside of work, Emily can be found by the ocean either free diving, scuba diving, or out on a boat. She holds a deep-rooted passion for the sustainability of Cayman’s reefs and is an advocate for the conservation of the islands’ marine ecosystems.
